The Lyon County Treasurer and Ex-Officio Tax Receiver of Lyon County will offer properties, with delinquent taxes, for sale at public auction every odd year. 

Said auction to be conducted subject to the Terms of Sale & pursuant to the procedure contained in this Notice, to the highest bidder, but not for less than the Minimum Bid, plus recording fees, real property transfer tax and a 10% buyer premium. 

The auction will be hosted online with Bid4Assetts.

June 17th, 2025 Auction is closed and excess proceeds log is attached.

Next Tax Receiver auction will be held in June of 2027.
