New Fees & Deposits Effective July 1, 2007

FEES AND DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS EFFECTIVE 7-1-07

Residential applications must now include Plan Review Fees (estimated).

This does not apply to Mobile Home applications or other fixed permits such as electric service or septic systems.
Commercial applications must now include deposits for:
  • Plan Review Fee
  • Fire Plan Review Fee
  • Farr West Review Cost (if applicable) 1% of the valuation, up to $2500.00

When final fees have been determined, deposits will be credited towards the permit fee.
There were no changes to construction taxes for parks, roads or schools.
These changes are necessary as the County can no longer advance these fees and/or deposits.
