Opening a Case
- If there is NO Court Order, paternity HAS NOT been established, and the Non-Custodial Parent LIVES OUT OF STATE you will need to submit a Child Support Application, General Testimony, Declaration in Support of Establishing Paternity for each child, and a copy of each child’s birth certificates.
- If there is NO Court Order, paternity HAS been established, and the Non-Custodial Parent LIVES OUT OF STATE you will need to submit a Child Support Application, General Testimony, Declaration in Support of Establishing Paternity for each child, and a copy of each child’s birth certificates.
- If there is NO Court Order, Paternity HAS NOT been established, and the Non-Custodial Parent lives in Nevada you will need to submit a Child Support Application and copy of each child’s birth certificates.
- If there is NO Court Order, Paternity HAS been established, and the Non-Custodial Parent lives in Nevada you will need to submit a Child Support Application and copy of each child’s birth certificates.
- If there is a Court Order and Non-Custodial Parent lives out of state you will need to submit a Child Support Application and a certified copy of the Court Order.
- If there is a Court Order and Non-Custodial Parent lives in Nevada you will need to submit a Child Support Application and a copy of the Court Order, if the Court Order is out of another state you will need to submit a certified copy and if the Court Order is out of Nevada you will need to submit a regular copy.
