By contacting our office, one of our representatives can assist you with opening or closing an account, making a payment over the phone, answering questions about your bill or taking a report of any service problems you may be experiencing. Our staff is happy to assist you with any type of question. We strive to provide the best customer service to our customers.
We now offer a new option for making payments electronically. This option allows the monthly water/sewer bill to be withdrawn from a person’s checking account each month automatically around the 20th of each month. To sign up for this option, please complete the application form and submit it to the office.
Customers may make payments in person at the office or call and make a payment over the phone using a master card or visa credit/debit card during office hours. We do have a drop box located in the parking lot for after-hours payments. We do not suggest dropping cash in this box.
