Small Claims actions may be filed for the recovery of money only, in amounts up to $10,000.00.
All Small Claims filings must include a Civil Cover Sheet.

Civil Filing Fees

Civil filing fees are set by Nevada law and depend on the type and amount of the claim being filed.

Fees for Service

Please note: A service fee plus mileage will be charged for all eviction notices. For specific amounts, please refer to the Service Fee and Mileage Chart
