Western Nevada HOME Consortium

The Western Nevada HOME Consortium (WNHC) was organized by 11 counties and cities in Nevada to provide affordable housing.  Lyon County has been designated as the lead agency in administering this program.

Carson City, Churchill County, City of Fallon, City of Fernley, City of Lovelock, City of Yerington, Douglas County, Lyon County, Mineral County, Pershing County, Storey County.

Programs
The WNHC provides various affordable housing programs.  These programs include land or development loans to build new low-income rental units, tenant-based rental assistance, deposit assistance, and down-payment assistance for first-time homebuyers.
