The mission of the Lyon County Human Resources Department is to ensure that Lyon County is viewed as an employer of choice and that all Personnel Policies are carried out in a uniform manner in compliance with State and Federal laws.
Philosophy
The Human Resources Department is in service to provide fair, economical and efficient human resources and payroll management services to the county, its citizens, departments, and employees.
